  unable to fulfill his duties. The Crown then passed to Rick O'Shea. Rick
  then was elevated to ICP III when the new Emperor proclaimed him so.
• Josh Higgins was crowned King Of Diamonds II but abdicated when he
  moved to Alberta. The title was then passed on to Mr. Chance.
